Review your shoes!

It is important to review your foot posture when your new shoes are due for a couple of reasons:

  1. Your foot posture can change with fitness, technique and weight change.
  2. Shoe structure and fitting often change on a 12 monthly basis, even  though they will retain the same name.  Failure to reassess means you  are not controlling all the variables that underpin injury.

Don’t invest in your new shoes until you have had a reassessment of  your  current footwear, your activity levels, and of course your gait.
